Booked me at hotel that’s been closed for a year!

This property is permanently closed & has been for over a year. I was supposed to receive a refund. It’s been a week & no one has contacted me about crediting & refunding me.

Pros: Big room, enjoyed the view, nice staff. Cons: One elevator broken the entire stay, there was a half-inch gap between the front door and the floor, sound proofing was not great, vending area had no machines

Great staff!! At the front desk and in the breakfast!! Very clean and hot food!! Thanks Noemi for giving the extra mile and making our mornings like feeling home ;) I will return to this hotel!! Great location , bus station within walking distance and short ride to port authority. Have food and theater just a couple steps from the hotel!! Price is affordable and service is excellent!! Nice TEAM!

Super recomendando yo me quedé por 4 días el hotel super cómodo con lugares cerca de comida, tiene bus para trasladar a Walmart y tienas de ropa. Y lo mejor en frente la estación del bus para New York que llegas en 8 minutos a times scure. No dudaria en quedarme nuevamente

The front desk charged my card without printing or sending a receipt for my charges. Parking is $25 and I was confused as to how to get in and out of the garage with no direction. The bathroom in the room is dirty and the bar staff at the restaurant in the lobby was very rude.

Séjour à Noël

Nous aimons bien l’emplacement de l’hôtel car c’est facile de se rendre à New-York avec l’autobus qui arrête juste en avant de l’hôtel. Il y a plusieurs restaurants à l’arrière de l’hôtel si on veut manger au New-Jersey. Ce qui nous permet de stationner l’août à notre arrivée et de la reprendre à notre départ.

It was a nice quiet stay however, there was a family next to our room and it was a little noisy after 10 pm. Overall it was a good stay, and the breakfast was good

1st, the main issue is from AC, as I set ac "heat" 70 F, but actually, once the AC start, AC never want to stop. Have to wake up several times to turn on/off AC. 2nd, the cup in the room is dirty, looks like the cleaner never changed them from previous customer. 3rd, the refrigerator is very noisy loud weird sound, so I have to turn off the refrigerator

Bien situé

Bien situé, on peut se rendre à Manhattan avec un autobus en 20 minutes, les passages sont fréquents, 8,50$ aller-retour. Le buffet déjeuner est environ 15$. Café latté et restaurants à proximité de l’hôtel. Le stationnement est gratuit. L’hôtel est propre et très convenable.

Bad customer service

We incidentally booked two days. Holiday inn can not cancel our reservation. So unhappy. Hotel.com try talked to them but they still deny. Front desk lady was mean and room was not clean.

Convenient, clean and comfy

Convenient highway location with walking access to restaurants and shopping. Even the offsite parking wasn't too bad and we saw security making their rounds. The beds and linens are very comfortable. All-in-all, a great 2-day stay. The photos of the room didn't match at all, but the furniture was in good repair and served the purpose.

Holiday Inn has large clean rooms. Sometimes, when we walked into the hallway, you could smell nicotine. Someone was breaking the rules. Amenities were always available - towels, soap, etc. Beds - very comfy! Front desk - Robert - was very helpful and always had a smile and a kind remark. Each day the front desk left a text verifying if we had everything we needed and how could the staff help in any way.The staff would greet you in the hallways and ask if they could be of service. GREAT STAY!
