The staff was very helpful and polite the only problem I had was the sitting area at the desk needed to be cleaned as nice as the rest of the downstairs looked that really threw things off, as for my room the chair that was in the room needed cleaning I'm not sure what was on it but I did not want to sit on it and the tile by the toilet was loose, otherwise it enjoyed my stay.
