My husband and I stayed here for my birthday weekend and could not be more impressed. It is very clear that Abdul put a lot of effort into making sure that guests would have everything they need. We had no issues, so I cannot speak to responsiveness. Everything we needed was available, and we really appreciated the effort that went into the design of the unit. Cupboards and closets were tastefully labelled in a modern way that was very different from other stays. The guest book contained detailed information, including manuals for the appliances. Overall, we were very pleased. This was our first time in New Jersey, and I would feel safe and comfortable staying here again if I ever made it back. It is a downstairs unit, and not entirely soundproof, but earplugs were provided which was a nice touch if you need that. We didn't find it that loud, especially if you are used to city noise or apartment living. Easy pickup for ride share on the street, and we had food delivered without any issues, even very late. 10-15 minute ride to the waterfront area/ferry, and about an hour to Manhattan in holiday traffic. The bed is memory foam and very firm, which was not a problem for us and we slept well. There also is no couch, but one of the chairs is a recliner and very comfortable. The shower had very good pressure, and the provided robes were large enough for my 6ft husband. It felt like a comfortable, stylish apartment and that was perfect for us.Thank you, Abdul!
