I wasn't given the correct code to enter, so if a cleaning lady hadn't been there, I wouldn't have been able to get in. My room was visibly dirty, and the main light didn't work, so the room was quite dim. I was glad I was only staying here one night.

Nada fue bien. Desde q llegamos todo fue mal no teníamos acceso habitación no nos habían dado clave para entrar. No contestaban a los teléfonos. Luego la habitación horrible olía fatal el baño y mucho olor a tabaco. Tampoco tenía luz solo en el baño. Aún estamos esperando q nos cambien la habitación

HORRIBLE tuvo que venir la Policía, 6 familias no podíamos acceder a las habitaciones.Totql dejadez de las funciones.

Fatal, deseando que me pasen el número para abrir la puerta y que me devuelvan el dinero, no vuelvo a ir nunca más, todo súper sucio, me entraba gente en la habitación porque se confundían y daban esa habitación a todo el mundo, preguntando a la gente cual era la clave de acceso, no me contestan ni al WhatsApp ni a las llamadas

Hice la reserva y semanas más tarde, me avisaron en google que el sitio tenia muy malas reseñas, todos los usuarios se quejaban de la falta de limpieza y mantenimiento. Las imágenes no tienen nada que ver. Intenté cancelar y solicitar el reembolso, el dueño solo dijo que las imágenes eran orientativas...no me vuelven a engañar
