Reception didn’t really tell us anything, just handed us the keys. We had to come down multiple times to ask for blankets, extra towels, WiFi code vouchers, to fix the air conditioning, etc. Seems a bit odd that there’s a kitchen area with a fridge, sink, and cupboards, but no plates/utensils, microwave, or stove.
