「What a great house! It was beautiful, clean, homey, and comfortable, and the basement game room was a treat! The host was responsive and quick to arrange repairs when the thermostat went out on the water heater. Our only disappointment was that it was too hot to use the hot tub :( Recommend!」

「Thanks! We had a wonderful girls trip!」

「The ad says 5 beds, however it’s 3 bedrooms, with a sofa sleeper in the living room. We were allowed an hour grace period to check in early, when we tried to enter the home we could not open the door, luckily the window was unlocked. Upon entering it appeared clean but had an awful odor that never went away, we quickly learned we need to examine the description of rooms better. When we pulled open the pullout sofa we found it was full of dirt and debris and stains. There were dishes in the...

「Absolutely wonderful! I will recommend it to friends.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Justin's VRBO property. The house was exactly as advertised and so clean with every detailed thought of to enhance our stay. If you're looking for a spot in the Grand Rapids/Holland, MI area, consider renting with Justin. As a host Justin was very responsive.」

「Host was responsive and the home was charming」

「We were to be in town for my son’s wedding so I reserved barn swallow manor. It is literally 5 minutes from the wedding venue, VENUE BELLA GIORNATA. It was perfect for my extended family, including my 83 year old mother who loved the walk in shower! Not to mention being prettied up in her own personal solon! 7 of us stayed and everyone had a bed. The large kitchen and dining room were just what we needed. Probably one of the best parts is the lovely screened in back porch! We are...

「Perfect for our family and had everything we needed. We would stay here again.」

「Clean, well stocked, private, quiet. Excellent location and great stay!」

「This house and property are beautiful!! The beds were quite comfortable and the showers are fabulous!! There is definitely enough space in this house to have a very large family get together. My only complaint, and it’s not a big one, is that the furniture ie; couches, chairs both living room and the metal chairs are not comfortable at all. Overall though, myself and my family were extremely happy with our stay. The very open communication with the owners was a huge plus!」

「Our 3 generational family had a fantastic stay during a very hot week 7/13-7/16/2026. We spent a great deal of our time in the pool, which very clean and comfortable. The beach and ice cream shops were nearby and convenient. Beds were comfortable and we slept well after our fun filled days.」
