「Ehkä parasta hotellissa saamaani asiakaspalvelua koskaan missään. Vastattiin hienosti asiakkaan toiveisiin ja autettiin palvelun järjestämisessä. Hotelli on myös tunnelmallinen ja kodikas. Sopivasti erilainen kuin tavalliset ketjuhotellit. Kiitos Casparin mukavalle henkilökunnalle👍」

「The hotel looks run down from outside but the inside lobby is clean and modern and renovated; however you have to pay attention to the type of room you are booking. The Standard rooms are still the old rooms with no A/C where the Luxury rooms are the fully renovated, modern rooms with A/C included which are worth the upgrade. All staff from front desk to dinning room were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would stay here again.」
