Desk clerk pretended to read from the screen that Expedia reserved the room for 2 nights. Nope: my Expedia receipt shows one night. My hotel receipt shows one night. "Check in and Staff were great. Room was less so. In disrepair, damaged and the heat was not able to keep up with the cold drafty door and window. no extra blankets in the room, bed spread had burns on it likely from cigarettes. Just run down and in a poor location. "
