About this property

CNU 10 min. Sevierville 45 min. Private dock, kayaks, fire pit. Ample Parking

  • Enjoy a get-away in a peaceful wooded area surrounded by deer with beautiful lake views and lake access. If you enjoy fishing, there's plenty of room to bring your boat. You can launch from Black Oak Marina about two miles away.
    2000 square foot house with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Large kitchen/great room with updated appliances and seating for 14. Enjoy a nice family dinner in front of the fire place.
    Spacious covered porch overlooking Cherokee Lake and gorgeous sunsets. You can sit by the firepit and enjoy the wonderful view.
    There is ample space for parking and very minimal steps. The home is very accommodating to seniors or anyone with mobility issues. One bathroom has a large walk-in shower with one small edge to step over when entering the shower.
    It is very easy to drive to the cabin. It is about five miles from Walmart and Food City and you don’t have to fight traffic to get to it. You are about 45 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Knoxville - but you get to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside.
