"Property is very nice, transfer from Alicante with Vincent was quick and Victor met us and gave us keys. Short walk to big supermarket but this is shut on Sundays and bank holidays. Chinese buffet and very nice coffee/pizza restaurant neabye also spanish style restaurant. Short not very picturesque walk to a lovely beach with many restaurants. Shame there was no welcome pack of basics."

"We enjoyed our stay but just a few points need to be made. The furniture in the lounge needs replacing as it is worn and not very comfortable. The kitchen has everything one would need but the oven needs upgrading as it is old and not in the best condition. That being said we would certainly book this house again."

"As per other reviews, the place is a little dated, but it was perfectly fine for our two week stay in November. The garden is fully enclosed, so our two dogs could spend time safely roaming the large space. The pool is the largest we've had at a villa. A bit too chilly in November, but would be amazing in the summer. The villa is less than a mile from Arenal beach, but also in a very quiet location. We were met by the property managers on arrival and departure and they were delightful....

"The owners were great at communicating before the holiday but the caretaker Pepe never spoke to or saw during our stay despite calling. His partner would speak to us. Check in very slow-we we’re waiting over 2 hours. Luckily local bars and supermarkets. Great area, plenty of parking on quiet street. Relaxing holiday and loved our stay."

The communication from start to finish with owners Jackie and Andrew was second to none. "We stayed for 1 week in October 2023 and were impressed with this villas contemporary features. There are 3 outdoor seating areas to choose from and we found it spotless. It took half an hour to walk to the Arenal but it was on the flat so that was ok. Every detail is taken care of and there was some lovely solar lights and candle holders which added to the ambience.
