This fantastic recently refurbished 4 bedroom sea view villa with very private garden and pool area. Situated high above the Mediterranean coast, close to the easternmost part of Javea and Spain, with majestic sea views, Villa Miramar ticks every holiday box. Featuring beautifully manicured gardens and a lush lawn swimming pool and complete privacy, this is the perfect villa for one large group or for 2 families looking for the perfect Javea holiday. Upstairs, the villa has 2 large en-suite bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and another with two single beds, each with a balcony and stunning sea views; on some days you can even see Ibiza on the horizon. The master bedroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin, while the second bedroom has a fully equipped bathroom with a shower. Each room has been refurbished to a very high standard. The bedrooms have a huge amount of storage space with built-in wardrobes and both bedrooms have air conditioning. The largest of the 2 upper apartments, through massive double-glazed windows, benefits from sea views that will remain in your memory for a long time.



On the lower level there are two further double bedrooms with king-size beds, which share an en-suite shower room, and are decorated to the same high standard as the rooms on the upper level. All downstairs bedrooms also benefit from hot and cold air conditioning. The entrance hall leads to the 2 bedrooms on the lower level, as well as to the open plan living/dining room with kitchen.This space is perfect for those who like to entertain indoors and outdoors for 8 people and with an open kitchen and breakfast bar you can choose where you want to relax and dine. The living space provides 8 seats with a comfortable and comfortable corner sofa and armchair, a 42-inch flat-screen TV with British satellite channels. Kids will never run out of something to watch, and guys will never miss their favorite sporting event.



The naya or terrace is wonderful with the same stunning sea views and has a dining area for 8 people and lovely comfortable seating for lazing around and reading a book. There are 2 traditional Spanish cooking areas, one with a Paella ring and the other with an authentic plancha, we also provide a high quality gas grill for outdoor cooking which everyone loves. The 8m x 4m kidney shaped swimming pool with Roman steps is situated in lush garden with sun loungers and natural shade from mature palm trees around the pool.



High-speed Wi-Fi is available in the villa at no additional charge.

This villa is a non-smoking property anywhere on the grounds and therefore please do not book if any of your parties smoke.



Bed linen and bath/bath towels/hand towels provided free of charge.



The villa will only be cleaned during the summer period, however bed linen and towels are changed weekly upon request.



Golf: Within 10 minutes' drive of the villa is the Javea Golf Club located between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course has 9 holes, par 72 and 3,035 meters. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other amenities include a driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. The Olazabal designed La Sella golf course is 20 minutes' drive inland near the town of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 meters long. Of course, although flat it has many trees and water obstacles and provides a very good challenge. Amenities include: driving range, putting green, motorized carts, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within an hour's drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This course includes 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 meters. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness center.



Other areas to explore: Javea consists of three areas, Arenal with a beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. On summer evenings, Arenal is busy with craft stalls, artists and musicians. The port area with the fish market and promenade and the old town with narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. Every Thursday morning there is a colorful market. 10 km from Javea is the city and port of Denia with daily connections to the Balearic Islands. Denia boasts sandy beaches with trees, street streets, cafes, bars and restaurants. The resort of Benidorm is just a 30-minute drive away, and nearby is Terra Mitica, which is one of the largest theme parks in Europe. Visit Aqualandia, a theme water park, and right next door is Mundomar, with dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the town square.



Javea Town: Javea lies between pine-filled Cabo De La Nao to the south and Cabo De San Antonio to the north. The city is an ideal place for a family holiday, especially in spring, when the area is ablaze with almond trees and the smell of orange and lemon trees fills the air. The World Health Organization has declared that Javea is "nearly perfect for the environment" and that you can bathe here in the brightest rays of the Costa Blanca approximately 320 days a year. The town of Javea lies at the foot of 2,500-meter Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve.It houses a 16th-century church, a covered market square and a historic museum that houses a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the fascinating narrow streets of the city, you can go to the old fishing port about 1.6 km away. South of the old town lies Arenal Beach, a wide semicircle of fine, golden sand, backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.



La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao Areas: Stop at the "Miradors" (viewpoints), several of which are within a short drive of Casa Mallandos. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff tops, rocky coves and crystal clear waters. This is the ultimate snorkeling spot, reminiscent of Cornwall but with a guarantee of good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, on a clear day you can see all the way to Ibiza, 100 km away. Nearby is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on postcards of Javea.
