Located in the exclusive residence of Vía Augusta, it offers 2 community swimming pools, for adults and children with grass and shaded areas. It is ideally located in a quiet and child-friendly neighborhood, just a 5-minute walk from Jávea's Montañar beach and all services such as bars, restaurants and activities.

The accommodation
This comfortable, modern and bright 149 m² duplex apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with capacity for 6 people.
On the first floor we find an independent kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. In addition, on this floor we have a comfortable living and dining room with a sofa, flat screen TV, free WiFi and double doors that open onto a terrace with an outdoor table and chairs. On this floor there is also a toilet.
A beautiful wide staircase leads to the upper floor. On this floor are the 3 bedrooms; a bedroom with two single beds; a bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. This bedroom has access to a large and bright terrace with outdoor furniture and great views of the Montgó; and a third bedroom with a double bed that also has access to a bright and large terrace. Next to these two bedrooms you can enjoy a complete bathroom with shower.

Viel zu laut wegen Großbaustelle auf Nachbargrundstück

Die Wohnung selbst ist OK. Aber genau nebenan wird eine große Wohnanlage gebaut. Es ist unerträglich laut, selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern und die Agentur hätte uns das vorab sagen müssen, was sie nicht tat. Sie boten uns nach Drängen zwar etwas anderes an, das aber deutlich schlechter war (keine sonnigen Terrassen, viel kleinere Zimmer), nahe an der Hauptstrasse und dadurch ähnlich laut. Einen Nachlass wurde abgelehnt, da wir das schlechte Alternativangebot nicht wollten! Wir können www.rockrentals.com überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Wir sind vorzeitig auf eigene Kosten in eine andere Wohnung von Interhome gezogen und haben noch eine Woche verlängert.

Perfecto para familias con niñ@s

Amplitud habitaciones, terrazas, baños. Zona común de piscina y césped muy bien cuidada y mantenida. Cocina súper bien equipada. No faltaba ningún útil ni utensilio de menaje&cocinado. Mesita de la terraza de la 1. Planta, quizás más alta. Un par de rollos de papel de cocina y de baño, de cortesía, en función de la duración de la estancia.
