Very beautiful, cosy apartment block "Jardines del Pla", 2 storeys. In the district of El Arenal, in a quiet, sunny position, 450 m from the sea, 450 m from the beach. For shared use: large, well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool (23 x 15 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, outdoor shower, hot tub. In the house: lift. Parking. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 130 m, bar 150 m, bus stop "Parada antiguo Mas y Mas" 210 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 450 m. Sports harbour 700 m, surf school, sailing school 500 m, tennis. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Fantastic apartment. Very clean. Well equipped. Gorgeous pool and garden. Perfect for families. Walking distance to everything and a supermarket very close by.
