The community areas feature spacious garden zones and a chlorinated 40x20m-sized pool with a depth range of 1,50-2m. The apartment offers a private garden corner with a furnished terrace and porch.

This 130m2-sized duplex apartment features 4 bedrooms, two of the with AC (one double on the ground floor, one double with an ensuite bathroom and two twins on the first floor). A crib and a high chair can be provided upon request. There are 2 bathrooms (one the ground and one on the 1st floor).

A cozy air-conditioned living-dining-kitchen room is a right place to rest after a sunny hot day watching TV or reading your favourite book. A fully-fitted kitchen is equipped with a necessary kitchenware. A washing machine, and an iron with an ironing board are also available.

Javea is an incredible town with its cahrming corners and historic places like Granadella. Jave offers a great variety of cultural fests like Moors and Christians or its museums, bars and restaurants.
Arenal beach is located in the center of Javea Bay and is famous for its not deep water and sandy beach.
Here you find many acuatic activities like diving or parasailing. For walking lovers there is a Natural Park Mondragó. Also you can play here tennis or golf.
