Atico La Caleta - Javea, Costa Blanca

  • Lovely duplex apartment for 4-5 persons in Javea, near the Arenal sandy beach and at only 350 meters from the beautiful rocky beach La Caleta. This apartment is completely new refurbished and offers all facilities including air conditioning (cold/warm) and Wi-Fi. It consists of two floors and it located on the second floor of a building with elevator in a nice, well maintained residential complex. The spacious terrace on the main floor invites you to outside dining or to enjoy the views with the mountains in the distance. From the terrace you also have views on the communal pool with children's area. The Arenal sandy beach with boulevard, restaurants, bars and shops can be reached within a few minutes by car, by foot it is about 15 minutes walk. Also there are several supermarkets to choose from nearby. Main floor
