"We were the only guests during Mud Season. No restaurants open on the mountain. I lowered the raing only because our heat would not turn off and the hotel does not offer air conditioning. Awesome hot tub. It has a couple of jets that need adjustment."

"Fantastic spot with amazing views of the stars from the hot tub. Cozy beds and great amenities all around. Close enough to Fraser and Tabernash to grab supplies or a meal but tucked away in a spot that feels very private and low traffic. Perfect spot to relax with your group. Hosts are top notch and responded to us with high speed and resolution to a very, very minor thing (empty propane tanks) - only bringing it up to highlight how helpful the hosts are when needed not at all to complain, things happen and these hosts know how to keep things smooth for your visit."

"Great property! Kitchen as very well stocked. Easy access to skiing and great layout for multiple families. Just a note, since this surprised us when booking. It says the property sleeps 12, and there is an extra charge for over 8 adults. We only had 5 adults, but also had 6 kids and got an extra charge of 50/person per day over the 8 person limit. "
