"This vacation, this house and this location was exactly what we needed. We've been traveling to the Winter Park area every other year for the past 16 years. The first 4 times we stayed at the same property. Unfortunately the owners sold that house and it's lived in full time now (lucky home buyer). Since then we've rented other homes depending on the space needed for our family and anyone traveling with us. For this trip we had our 5 kids, 2 of their spouses, our first grand baby and our son-in-laws parents and sister (they're super close friends of ours). We needed a large enough home with 2 master suites for us parents paying for the trip, and private rooms for our married couples. Not only was this the perfect house, the location is gorgeous! Sunrise and sunset on the deck are fantastic. My favorite was sunset and watching the sound cast its glow on the mountains behind the house before it sets.The kitchen was larger than the pictures make it appear and was a perfect space for cooking large family meals.If you have a choice between the upstairs or downstairs master bedrooms, take the upstairs. The bathroom is much larger, with double vanities, huge tub and a shower that should come with a manual (I figured out the right combo of knobs and the steam function is my favorite).The management company is great with communication and super fast to respond.Our small complaints are negligible and not significant enough to list here. Great house, great location!"

"We had an awesome time at the cabin! It was remote, yet close to everything. Nice to be in the mountains. Great sun porch and grill. Wonderful room accommodations and living spaces. The house is decorated perfectly, clean and updated. If you are looking for a weekend away in the mountains in a truly cozy home-feel cabin, this is it. Would definitely go back!"

"This was the perfect property for our stay. The layout of the home worked great for our family. One of our favorite things during our stay was sitting on the deck in the morning with our coffee and in the evening listening to music and just hanging out. The park in the neighborhood was amazing as well. We couldn’t have had a better home or location for our stay. We will be back!"

"This house had ALL the things!Communicating with the property owner was always prompt and easy, both before our stay and during our stay.The house was perfect for our 3-generation group consisting of Nana & Gramps, a family of 5 (kids ages almost 4, 6, and 8), and a family of 2 (kids ages 14 months and almost 3). The full sized crib and high chair were a couple things which rentals rarely have. There was a drawer filled with kid-size flatware and cabinet filled with kid-size plastic dishes which worked well not only for the kids at meal time but also for the adults when it came to after-kids-bedtime ice cream. :-)Saying the kitchen was well stocked would be an understatement. There were SO many knives, multiple crock pots, toaster AND toaster oven. (We’re a toaster oven family so we put the smaller toaster away and pulled out the toaster oven.) We weren’t sure if there’d be coffee filters available so brought some. That was wasted energy on our part. There was a huge stack of filters available. There was also a pod-type coffee maker, but we used the full-sized pot.All the different living areas were nice when we needed a little separation. The family of five slept in the basement and it was great that there was a small kitchen in that area with full-sized refrigerator and also a second washer/dryer. The play room came in handy for the kiddos too.To summarize: This house is great for large groups our multiple families!"
