Conveniently located near the downtown area. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also loved the room and the parking space they have. Overall, the stay was great! We didn't have to worry about anything.

The hotel's convenient location and friendly staff were appreciated. However, the room was quite warm without air conditioning, and a microwave would have enhanced the guest experience. The bathtub also appeared to have some discoloration or buildup that may require additional cleaning attention. Overall, the stay was satisfactory, with opportunities for improvement.

The room was clean, and the location was very convenient. The high price of the hotel seemed to be more a reflection of the strong demand for accommodation in Banff during the summer than the quality of the hotel itself.

We had struggled to find accommodation in Jasper so when availability appeared for the Lobstick Lodge we grabbed it. It’s a fairly short walk to the main part of Jasper (useful as Parking in Jasper can be a problem). The room was a bit warm when we arrived but it was possible to open windows, which had insect grills on them so that was sorted. All in all it’s an OK place to stay in Jasper with free car parking.

Really tired room, shower pressure was poor and noisy. Prices didn’t reflect good value for money. Stayed 1 night and that was enough Restaurant next door was good, definitely worth going a few streets down into Main Street for more choice.

Hot tub jets we're not working. Sauna took forever to heat up and sometimes the staff would forget to turn it on when called. The TV quality was laughable, think 1998 standard definition and the staff didn't handle my noise complaint well. Instead of addressing it they told me that the room was checking out so the noise would be over soon.

The hotel has the ambiance of an institution somewhere between nursing home and institution. Room was fine but very expensive for what was a basement suite type set up with windows at ground level outside.
