The best

Clean spacious rooms, delicious breakfast and great staff. Close to the train station and to shops, restaurants and more. Prices are very good too. I love staying there during Steelfest

Good basic hotel

Clean room, very spacious. Breakfast was good and abundant. Quiet location. Easy check-in and free parking with EV charging (not free) possibility . Only snag was the lifts had limited functionality right at the end of the stay, but the repairs were started before I called to customer service.

Helppo saapua ja löytää perille, turvallinen pysäköinti. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja vaihtoehdot herkullisia, myös erityisruokavaliot oli huomioitu hyvin. Aamiaisella henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja huomioivaa. Huoneessa oli hyvät pimennysverhot ja ilmastointi, eikä äänet käytävältä tai muista huoneista kuuluneet. Miinusta huoneen siisteydestä, lattia oli paikoin tahmea ja huone kaikkiaan pölyinen. Kuitenkin kylpyhuone ja wc olivat todella siistejä ja huoneen yleisilme hyvä.

Pysäköintitalo on hyvä juttu, auto on turvassa. Aamiainen on hyvä, täyttää hyvin. Huone on ollut aina siisti. Sänky on pehmeä ja hyvä nukkua, tyynyt hyvät. Huoneessa on myös mikro, vedenkeitin ja jääkaappi, ne on hyvä juttu. Hotelli on myös erittäin rauhallinen ja keskeisellä paikalla. Olen ollut todella tyytyväinen joka kerta yöpyessäni hotellissa. Henkilökunta on ollut hyvin palvelevaa ja ystävällistä. On hienoa kun tällainen hotelli on olemassa. Kiitos siitä.

Huone oli kylmä: ilmanvaihto liian voimakas ja lämpötila alhainen. Palelimme kaksi yötä. Tarjolla oli vain vihreätä ja valkoista teetä. Musta tee puuttui. Jääkaappi piti isoa pörinää käydessään. Silitysrauta puuttui. Meitä ei haitannut, että aamupalalla ei ymmärtetty suomen kieltä, mutta kaikki eivät osaa englantia. Positiivista, että infosta vastattiin lauantaina kysymyksiin. Infokansio huoneessa olisi hyvä. Huone sinänsä siisti.

Yövyin yhden hengen huoneessa. Sänky oli minun selälleni liian pehmeä ja tyyny huono. Hotellin siisteys ok ja aamupala perus. Minun huoneeni oli sopivan lämmin mutta samassa kerroksessa oleva yhden kaverini huone oli niin kylmä että sormetkin kangistu. Ulkolämpötila oli kuitenkin päiväsaikaan yli 20 vierailumme ajankohtana.

Sointu Järvenpää

Hotellet har ett bra läge, nära kommunikationer, restauranger, affärer men även grönområden och sjön. Rent och stort rum. Inte den vackraste utsikten från vårt rum då det låg mot tågstationen. Frukosten var ok, saknade dock riktigt gjord äggröra. Den som vi fick smakade fabricerad. Bra med gratis parkering i inhängnat garage. Kan rekommendera restaurang Barrio som ligger i parken vid sjön. Max 10 minuters promenad från hotellet.
