Casa Francisco Cuernavaca

2/10 Terrible

"Do Not Recommend this hotel. Only toiletries is shampoo and a soap. Showers have no doors, water everywhere. No hand soap. Air conditioner and fan didn’t work. We asked the front desk and the front desk guy said he will send someone to look at it and no one showed up. And food from restaurant was not good. Plus we were barely paying the server and he made it clear that the tip has to be 10%. We were not leaving yet and him stating that was inappropriate. We never leave without giving a tip but honestly this place doesn’t deserve it."

Recuerden es servicio al cliente y las personas pagan no se les hace un favor. Repito el personal muy amable en general excepto por ahi alguien que no entiende en concepto de trabajar en servicio al cliente"
