The hotel grounds and pool are very nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. It also feels safe. Generally it is quiet, except in the early morning as the my are setting up the buffet. The rooms are relatively spacious and clean. The downside is that the rooms are relatively old and in need of a renovation.

Unfortunately outdated

The environment and location of this hotel could make it a sublime experience, and I am quite sure it once was. Unfortunately it seems this place has not had a renovation or a lick of paint since the 1970. We had a junior suite, located behind a different junior suite. Barely any light got inside, furniture was old, bathroom door went open to the inside so you had to step inside the shower to get out if you had to use the toilet. The coffeemaker almost fell to the floor because the plank it was on was lose. For the price you pay it is a very disappointing experience. We complained twice only to be told: the manager will be there later. We did not see a manager on either day. It is a shame to let such a wonderful location go to waste but still ask guests for high prices as if the whole place was brand new. Biggest disappointment of my Mexico trip.

Pasamos un día muy a gusto, la alberca está climatizada, muy atento el personal. Tuve una equivocación con las fechas y me resolvieron de la mejor manera. Volvería a este hotel sin problema

Es un lugar bonito y con ambiente familiar, sin embargo es poco accesible para personas con movilidad limitada. La comida es rica pero con poca variedad. El personal en general es muy amable y servicial.

En general está muy bien está bien cuidada, tiene áreas de oprtunidad, dandole un cambio de cortinas y una buena pintada para que se vea un poco más actualizadas las habitaciones, en cuando las amenidades hay cantantes que ponene el habiente en el estaurante, y cantan muy bonito, pero si estás junto al restaurante y si eres de sueño ligero puede ser algo incómodo que tampoco es intolerable
