located on a wooded plot of maritime pine and chestnut oaks was near the ocean and beaches, downtown 10 min and the shopping center. everything is there to ensure you a pleasant stay; the nice little harbor with its evening walk to watch the sunset or big march to the sea and in the forest where deer may surprise you to turn a corner; for bike lovers bike path that lies at the door of the house will allow you to great hiking with backpack and picnic (Vendée has more 1000klms of cycle tracks) here is what you can expect if you come a stay at home you will be surprised by the calm of the forest, access to all facilities on foot and has the ocean across the great maritime pine forest for the more energetic a good footing in the morning to the course Health nestled in the forest also has two steps of the house will delight followed by a good little dej on the terrace of the house just disturbed by the singing of birds and squirrels chases in the pines; recently the Intelligent Electric heating system allows you to use the house any time of year for a relaxing weekend and oxygenation; the ocean is not assessed only in summer but all year

Not as described !! If it had of been a eBay item !

Nice area , peaceful and relaxing area. Property smell was damp and mouldy! Dog hairs in many places ! Also flees ! Should really have fly screens on windows and doors to avoid being infested with bugs in the evening! Photos are not recent ! Somewhat miss leading! Personally I would not return to this property.

La location est très agréable, dans un quartier calme, le terrain clos est un véritable + avec la compagnie des écureuils en bonus. Propriétaire disponible et accueillant.
