「Very old rundown building, can't call it hotel. There is construction going on and workers everywhere, clothes hanging. Layout does'nt look like hotel. Room is very dirty, congested and uncomfortable. AC and hot water not working. Overall filthy place, not a hotel.」

「What we did not like was that the hotel looked good on the expedia website but the reality was very different. The entrance was very depressing and at night was not lit at all. You needed a torch to find your way. Room was big but was not very clean. We even had an additional guest. A cockroach! The hotel is overpriced for what it provides.」

「The hotel is terrible. It’s not a dream palace, it’s a nightmare palace. The bathrooms were so dirty. The bed had bugs, ants, cockroaches. The toilet seat was missing from one room. They trick you into getting non ac rooms. This property should be removed from Expedia. It’s ruining the reputation.」

「We arrived at Andaman Castle on the recommendation of friends and booked a delux room. Firstly we were told we had no booking, then we were told that he had not booked the half board. We were shown to our room when this was sorted , it smelled dirty and damp and had blood on the pillows, the cleaner insisted it was fine-and it was only nail polish!! They told us there was nothing else available, but when we insisted they changed room-not much better but it had a patio door to open and air out...
