Layout apartment
This beautiful first floor apartment offers breathtaking sea views and a view of the communal pool. The spacious terrace has a large dining table and a cozy lounge area, perfect for a relaxing evening with family or friends. Inside you will find a cozy living room and a luxury kitchen, equipped with an American fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso. There is also a TV with an extensive range of (sports) channels.
The apartment has three spacious double bedrooms, of which the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a shared bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets. Via the sliding doors and shutters you can control the sea breeze and create the perfect atmosphere for every occasion.

The apartment is located in an exclusive resort in the beautiful Vista Royal (Jan Thiel). The resort consists of luxury villas and apartments and offers the perfect combination of peace, privacy and luxury. The villas have private pools and there is a communal pool for the apartments. The beaches of Papagayo Beach and Jan Thiel Beach are only 100 meters away.
Good to know
- Intermediate cleaning including bed and bath linen € 75,- (mandatory for stays longer than 7 nights) to be paid in advance at Droomvilla Vakantiehuizen.
- Late check-out can be requested locally from the manager at an additional cost.
- Car rental is on request.
- Electricity use max. 40 KwH per day. Above this, € 0.55 per KwH will be charged to the guest. Electricity consumption will be deducted from the paid deposit of € 500 after the stay.
