"The beds were hard as rocks extremely uncomfortable. The king bed in the upstairs bedroom sheets were so used and rough they felt like sand paper, and the fan that was so close to the bed was covered in dust. I didn’t know before turning it on and a wave of dust fell over all my things and the bed. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, went to grab a plate and stuck my hand into slime. It wasn’t easy access ,or otherwise there at all, for a mop to clean the floors after a spill only had a tiny broom to clean up with."

"Good location right on the river. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the property, the provided dishes and supplies were top notch and it was very quiet our entire stay. It’s about 25 minutes from the trout hatchery and has good access to the river. We mostly fished the dam and hatchery creek, but the river access from the ramp is honestly less steep than I expected (it’s less steep than the boat ramp at the kendall recreation area). These are pretty roomy cabins (I rented the triplex with the 3 cabins) and we had a pretty large party with lots of kids.I’d recommend people just wanting a peaceful area for a quiet retreat or for really good and convenient accommodations for some of the best trout fishing in the Southeastern United States. "

"No heat in basement. We were told heated Pool and we got there and were told closed, this one of the reasons we booked.The deck and outside Grill were dirty and the grill was so bat if that if I owned it I would get rid of it. House temp was hard to control. "
