  • 🪵 Rustic 1920s Cabin Getaway. This cabin offers a genuine, unplugged retreat with horse pasture views and a soothing creek. Unwind in the hot tub under the stars.

    Please note: this is a truly old and rustic home built in the early 1900s. Insulation is minimal and heat is provided by propane and electric heaters. It`s cozy but definitely not modern! It’s located at the end of a private road, near a barn and a few small cabins. Perfect for families (4+) seeking an authentic nature escape.
    Please note: A rental agreement is required for all stays. A signature link will be sent via your booking app or email (depending on the platform used) prior to check-in.

Beautiful area! Saw so much wildlife - turkeys, geese, horses - just gorgeous out there! And the cabin is at the very back of the property, which gives the exact privacy it advertised.

Was a relaxing area & nice hot tub. But needs cleaned up. Shower calk was black & moldy, curtains were see through & no curtain on bedroom door.

The host was fantastic and extremely responsive and quick. The hot tub was great and had beautiful views. We enjoyed watching the horses. The cabin is old and the floor is soft in front of the doors that you walk in and the kitchen, so you have to be careful. It has a very odd smell, probably most of which is due to the propane heaters and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable and squeaky. There is a couch and a loveseat. My husband sat on the loveseat first and said it was stinky…it was cat pee or where a cat had sprayed (very distinct smell). We did still enjoy ourselves very much. Just know what you’re getting into. It was private and secluded and a great weekend away to unwind. Make sure you take screenshot of directions on how to get into the house and such before you get there as there is no cell service.
