This accommodation is excellent. The owner has everything in the house that you would need other than actual food which no one provides. I have now stayed in this rental 3 times and completely recommend it for anyone. It’s a great place to stay and unwind and enjoy the lake life.

We stayed here for 4 days in July. The place was really nice. My wife and I enjoy fishing Chautauqua and this being centrally located on the lake makes accessing the whole lake easy. Boat launch is only a mile away. Good restaurants nearby and you can get to any shopping around the lake within 15 minutes. The place had most anything you would need on hand. Only suggestion we have for the owner is putting some sort of blind in the bathroom window. Thanks for having us!

The property was clean, neat, well appointed and very comfortable. There is nothing to want when you stay here. We enjoyed having the dock for our boat. the view of the water and the sunrise and sunset was great! The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. We are looking forward to booking again in the future. Thank you Laurie for sharing your cottage with us!

Clean environment with good safe dock. The area was close to Bemus point. We stayed in that area before and did have a problem with some guy who walks the docks at night.I Guess he owns some run down buildings on the same street.
