流石に古いです。

ブロックMで昔からあるホテルですが、流石にかなり古くてかなり泊まるのに気合いが必要なホテルです。3Fに泊まりましたが、スタッフなのかそうでない人なのか分からない人がウロウロしてました。

私は今回が初めてではないのですが、以前からシャワー（給湯・給水）等に少々問題はありましたが、今回も私が宿泊した部屋のシャワーはほぼ冷水でした。部屋は改装してたようできれいでしたが。

ブロックM最悪ホテル

とにかく設備や部屋水周りがひどい。 洗面台が水漏れしたので部屋を変えてもらったがシャワーのホースが破れていてしかも短くカットしてあるためシャワーヘッド置きにも届かない。セキュリティが盗撮に加担する事件が起こった。絶対に泊まらない方がいいです。

とにかく蚊が多いです。インドネシアという地域柄を考えれば仕方のないことかも知れませんが、このホテルは特に多いのではないでしょうか。ホテルの近くには日本人向けのスーパーなどがあり、そこでお酒も買えます。

poor customer service and run down hotel

very poor customer service in a run down hotel. Manager refused to move us to a nonsmoking room that we had requested unless we actually paid for another room [ difference of the 2 rooms was $ 6 US ]. I forgot to add the breakfast which was a $2 add on and he refused to let me pay the difference. He said buy it at the regular price. And how about my free drink ? Take it up with hotels.com. Also major construction right there.

繁華街ど真ん中で便利な立地

施設、設備の老朽化は否めず。エアコンスイッチが壊れており温度調節できず極度に寒かった。バスタブ、シャワーの切り替えの部が壊れて抜けていたため、シャワーへの切り替えに苦労した。

場所はよいが、ホテルのコンディションが…。 今回ジュニアスイートに泊まりましたが、まず廊下が暗くてじめじめ、部屋もじめじめしてカビ臭い、床は汚い赤ジュータンでとても裸足になれません…。 アメニティ最悪…。 もう泊まる事はありません

ブロックMのコスパの良い安宿

27日間の滞在でした。その間に4回部屋が変わりました。最初は2週目に5階の部屋で上階からの漏水で、二番目は3週目にエヤコンが効かなくなり、三番目はその部屋もエヤコンが効かず、四番目の部屋に落ち着きました。エヤコンの問題さえなければ、それなりでした。 古いホテルですので、廊下はなんかホラー映画に出てくるような感じです。時々、スタッフや客が階段のところに座っていて、一瞬、恐怖感が味わえます。 レストランの朝食は充実しています。週の内、1日、しょぼい朝食メニューがありますが、概ね、満足できます。米、麺、おかず×3品が並びます。パンやシリアルもあり、また、お粥の具が充実していて、デザートも付きますので十分です。 近くのパパイヤのビールが一番安いでしょうか。ぬるくなっても、室内に冷蔵庫がありますので、キンキンに冷えたビールを飲むことが出来ます。Mプラザでフレンチフライを、もしくは、MスクエアのAWでフライドチキンとバーガーを買って、ビールで夕食が基本、時々、ブロックM内でビンタンタワーを楽しむのが、勤務後の楽しみでした。

場所は便利だが老朽化が酷く、快適には泊まれない

ホテルはブロックMと呼ばれる繁華街（日本人街）にあり、食事や移動（すぐ近くにバスターミナルがある）には便利だが、正直、老朽化が激しく、設備もほとんど改装されていないため、ホテルというより安宿であった。 エクスペディアでの予約であったのに、フロントに記録がなく、持参した予約票で改めて、予約を入れたため、非常にチェックインまで時間がかかった。 ただこの料金の朝食にしては、ちゃんとしたものを出してくれたことは嬉しかった
