1 hour to checkin cause they couldn'f find the reservation witht the payement. Very polite but untrained staff. Bad cigarette smell in the first room. Comfy bed

Bad smell & poor English

The first receptionist could not understand much English. The welcome coffee had a lot of coffee residue. The blanket and pillows smell really bad like sweat day after day without washing or changing.

清潔なホテル

値段の割には非常に良いホテルだと思います。インドネシアの安いホテルは水回りが汚いことが多いですが、このホテルは比較的清潔に保たれています。寝るだけなら十分ですが、少なくとも徒歩圏内には日本人向けのレストランやファーストフードもないので、車での移動は必須です（かなり渋滞が激しい場所でもあります）。

In de omgeving zijn nauwelijks eetgelegenheden te vinden. De stad is wel goed bereikbaar vanuit hier. Geen overlast van geluid.

コンパクトでアクセスもしやすいホテル

スタッフの方々の英語も流暢で、難なく意思疎通ができた。朝食も毎日少しづつ違い、美味しかった。部屋の掃除は毎日欠かさずやってくれて、清潔だった。

Too basic, not enough service

I figured that Amaris is just a budget hotel, but I never expected that the room and amenities are just...that. And the service was bad. There were noone when I had breakfast, I didn't know who to go to to ask for a refill.

Near Business district

Location of the hotel is next to Rasuna Said, making it easy for business meetings. Staff is friendly and responsive. While the rooms are basic, they are comfortable for business travellers who dont need the frills. Breakfast is more Indoenesian spread. The eateries around the hotel is walking distance too.

Perfectly satisfactory and very affordable

The hotel is very pleasant, very affordable and the breakfast is elementary and good. The room was fine, but a little run down and just a bit dirty, but this did not make a negative impact on me. It might on those who prefer their rooms to be immaculate.

2 days @ Hotel Amaris

No complaints about the room and the staff. The worst problem is getting a taxi during the weekdays especially on Friday. I and my friends who stayed at Amaris hotel, missed one important meeting for which we came all the way from Singapore, waiting 2 hours to get a taxi, to Central Park Mall. Although the hotel staff called up the BlueBird taxi company, the taxi did not arrive due to traffic. Ideally it should take only 15 minutes without traffic, but on that day, not a single taxi was willing to go there. That was the only thorn in the whole trip.

Small, clean rooms in central location

Rooms were small but still had space for a desk, small closet, queen size bed and place for baggage. Bed was above average comfort, clean sheets and good pillows and bathroom was clean and modern with lots of hot water. Staff was very helpful. I would recommend this to anybody staying alone that needs to be central and doesn't mind what neighborhood they are in.

The breakfast looked amazing, a real feast with cook while you wait eggs as well as traditional Indonesian breakfast which was a selection of traditional food. The staff were excellent and the hotel is only 1 year old. The hotel is not easy for walking anywhere, like most of Jakarta you need to catch a bus or taxi to get anywhere, but it is a good location otherwise.
