We really enjoyed this property in the heart of Jaipur. The restaurants had delicious Chinese and Indian food. Our driver's during our stay were amazing- shout out to Vikas and his brothers who ensured we completed all our shopping and sightseeing needs. Vikas picked us up from the airport as well. He was on time and made our trek to Taj Amer seamless. We felt safe the entire time we were in Jaipur. We wouldn't hesitate to return to the Taj Amer.

I really enjoyed the property and the quietness, its still new and sparkly. I enjoyed the spa and the salon services very much. Dining options are less. The staff is chatty and seemed to have appreciated and thanked my add on guest more than me, the primary guest, which was disappointing. Otherwise a good stay away from the rush of the city.

Traveling with my girlfriends from United States , one of my friend got food poisoning after eating street food and , when I reached the front staff , they promptly helped me with electrolytes which helped my friend a great deal ! Outstanding hotel with 1st class hospitality! All staff were very welcoming, attentive and accommodating. Mahi (reception) & Shakti (pool area) along with so many others are worth a special mention. Hotel decor, rooms and ambience was amazing. Credit to the Taj brand. The breakfast with a live kitchen menu was a real highlight, along with the rooftop pool with views to remember.

I had a two-night booking at Taj Amer. After checking in, I experienced a sudden medical emergency and had to request a doctor to come to my room late at night. The next morning, I had to check out early to seek urgent medical care. Despite explaining the situation at checkout, the hotel refused to offer any refund or adjustment for the second night, even though I was unable to complete my stay due to an emergency. I understand policies exist, but I expected more empathy and reasonable accommodation in these circumstances. The handling of this situation felt rigid and unhelpful, and it significantly impacted my trip.

The facility is amazing and beautiful. The staff are very attentive. The actual service is a mess. Both the concierge and the reception desk are a problem. I hope that my experience was somehow a one-off, but they didn't seem to act like this was unusual. I had been in email contact with the concierge for weeks before our arrival to arrange a tour guide for two days in Jaipur. In multiple emails I asked, and they confirmed that a guide was already lined up and that the guide had reviewed my custom itinerary in advance. When we arrived, I introduced myself to the concierge who said that he could "call a guide for us". I told him that a guide was already arranged and showed him the emails. He was unaware of this and again said he would "find" a guide. The guide arrived 30 minutes later, and confirmed with me that he had never seen my itinerary and wasn't told about the tour until the call 30 minutes earlier. Later when one of my travel companions left his room card in the room and requested another, they looked him up in the system and said that he was staying in a different room, and tried to give him a key to the wrong room. Checking out was a total mess. Rooms that had been prepaid in Expedia were credited to different guests, and they made us re-pay. Later, when this was reviewed they said it would 5-7 business days for us to receive refunds for the double charge.

Where do we start ? The stay at Taj Amer was above and beyond our expectations. Truly Incredible property with the nicest staff. As guests we were treated exceptionally, plus the food was delicious!!!
