The staff in the restaurant were incredibly helpful and the food was delicious. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant itself was tastefully decorated with local artifacts. The hotel is quite a way out of the city, which we knew when booking, so there is not much else around. We enjoyed being away from the bustle of all the traffic.

This is a nicely appointed hotel, lovely views from the room and a fantastic rooftop pool. We booked here to stay close to Amer, though it is actually about 10 kms from the fort. If I had paid attention, I’d have rather stayed in the city with many options about the same distance in the other direction from the fort. Stay here for a somewhat secluded stay experience if you like that. Our experience with the service was mixed. While some of the service was top notch, Restaurant service for tandoor breads was extremely slow (we waited nearly 30 mins, with multiple reminders) and housekeeping was rather terrible with simple requests like replacing tea cups in the room not being serviced despite multiple calls. The staff did try to make it up to us and make our morning breakfast a good experience. I’d particularly commend Nimesh for his efforts.

Hotel is ok, comfortable rooms, very nice breakfast. But contact with customer is poor. I made the reservation for me, wife and two teenagers, and asked if there would be an extra bed. They didn't answer me, besides many attempts of contact. Only in check-in I had to ask for extra beds. Were they thinking we could sleep all four in the same bed? Besides that, the swimming pool is too crowded and the two elevators are not enough when hotel is full.

Great modern, new hotel with incredible views of the mountains. The staff is cold and service in general is poor. Lost bag, after it went through their security and staff was not very helpful in locating. Interesting that it appeared several hours later after speaking with manager and requesting review of security footage.

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. Upon arrival, while checking in, part of the ceiling in reception actually collapsed and nearly fell on my wife. The debris ricocheted onto her clothes, which was a very frightening and unsettling experience to start our trip. When we reached our room, we found clear signs of damp, so the hotel upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. While we appreciated the gesture, the suite also had major issues – the ceiling above the toilet was leaking water, which made using the bathroom very unpleasant. We were later invited to dine at the hotel restaurant, which we assumed was a goodwill gesture considering the problems we had faced. To our surprise, we were presented with the full bill at the end of the meal. The only positive side of our experience was the staff themselves – they were friendly, polite, and tried to be as helpful as possible, but the condition of the hotel facilities was unacceptable. Overall, this hotel fell far short of expectations, and I would not recommend staying here until serious repairs and improvements are made.

Room very humid and with unpleasant smell. Shampoo and soap not replaced during the cleaning. We were charged 450 rupees for a bottle of water despite the waiter told us that our rate included soft drinks and water. Definitely not a 5 stars hotel, very disappointing.

Didn't have a great experience checking in. There were three of us travelling and we had two bottles of alcohol that were purchased from duty free at the airport. The bottles were wrapped and unopened and we did not intend to open them, they were gifts to take back home. The security guard who was checking our bags through the scanner said we were only allowed one bottle per room. He also lied and told another staff member that we had four bottles. We can only assume that he wanted to drink the bottle himself because the female staff member checking us in said we could have two bottles per room, not one. We have never heard of that rule before and how are tourists supposed to know such a thing if it is not specified at the time of booking. Besides that experience, the staff during breakfast was very polite.
