D'Villa, one of the two properties owned by the owner of this place, is a welcoming and pleasant mansion. Guests occupy the upper part of the house, on the first floor. The rooms equipped with private bathroom surround a communal area tastefully decorated where one can have a breakfast or get involved in conversations with other travelers. Tea is free ! And put at disposal of any room occupant. That is, one can simply help oneself and prepare a cup of tea. Very thoughtful! The primary intention of the owners, as it seems, was to make people feel at home while in Jaffna. Well, this is kind of a success for you will definitely feel back to your own tranquil privacy when coming back here from one of the numerous culturally rich parts of Jaffna. So yes, this guesthouse most certainly deserves a thumb up.
