"There were chicken bones under the bed. I complained to front desk and they did not address the issue. I paid for breakfast and none was supplied. I was told to contact Expedia which I did (took a good half hour) and they could only negotiate 1 breakfast refund out of a 3 night stay. There was no hairdryer in the room. No privacy sign so cleaners walked in on us. Unfriendly staff (some were friendly). I cannot reach customer service over the phone because I booked 3rd party. "

"The room that I stayed in smell like the previous person prior to my visit. The furniture need to be wiped down due to the previous person‘s body oil. "

The unexpected room upgrade truly added to our engagement celebration and made our stay unforgettable. All the staff were very friendly, attentive and made us feel exceptionally welcomed.
