「Sheets were not changed on one of the beds and no refund issued.」

「上下の音が気になります」

「Great location and price for one night」

「clean and quiet, good hospitality.」

「Very comfortable bed and pillows. The black out shade actually truly blacked out the light. The breakfast wasn't the best, but it did offer hot selections as well as bakery items and juices. The microwave was in the lobby area and not in your room but very accessible and clean. I would definitely stay here again.」

「wi-fiの電波が、弱いです。 シャワーと蛇口の切り分け場所がわからず苦戦しました。　その他は、スーパーやファーストフード店も近くにあり、便利な宿です」

「We had an excellent experience for the 6 days spent at the Southport Hampton Inn. Of particular note were the laundry facilities. The room and machines were very cleaned and well maintained. Our room had a small issue with the towel rack. Staff resolved the problem immediately. This was our first time staying at the Hampton and will definitely return on our next trip to Indianapolis.」

「Had a reservation for an accessible room, which was unavailable when we checked in. They switched us to a more expensive room and charged us an additional fee instead of waving it. The explanation given was there were maintenance issues (previous guest had pets that had caused damage) but I still think the additional charge should have been waived as our reservation was changed through no fault of ours.」

「This hotel needs updated. I felt yucky the entire time I was there. Everyone is very nice and helpful. They also have breakfast which is great. It’s just not very nice inside. We won’t be returning.」
