This is suite #1. It is a 1st-floor pool view suite with a private patio. It is 395sf plus a 60sf balcony. There is 100mbps WiFi, a kitchen with a stove, fridge and microwave and all the kitchen stuff you might need. If there is something you would like that isn't there, just ask.
Hotel Jaco is an All-Suites Beach resort on the most pristine part of Jaco Beach, yet just steps from the center of town. There is not another like this in Jaco. There is nothing between you and the ocean except sand.

Outside guests are allowed when accompanied by a registered guest of Hotel Jaco. There is no charge.
There are 15 suites in all. #1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8 are all 420sf pool view suites with private kitchens and private balconies or patios. #5 is slightly smaller, without a kitchen. #9 is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a large poolview patio, oversized livingroom, and fullsized kitchen. #15 is the same as number 9 but with an ocean view. #s 11, 12 and 14 are ocean view one bedroom suites with private ocean front balconies. #16 is the honeymoon suite with a King bed, massive shower, and a large ocean view balcony. THE POOL and all outdoor areas were completely remodeled in 2021. This is the best pool in Jaco. There is oftentimes live music, beverage service by the pool, new, comfortable lounge chairs, and plenty of shade.
THE BAR RESTAURANT is called John’s Place. It is a beach bar, a pool bar, and a restaurant, all in one. John has friendly bartenders serving you from 7 am till? There are always interesting people at the pool bar and great Costa Rican Craft Beers. You will find me there most days at Happy Hour.
THE SPA is staffed by the best masseuse in all of Costa Rica, Shirley. One $60 massage from Shirley and you will be asking about monthly rates. You can get your hair cut, a manicure, pedicure, and more. Just ask.
THE BUSINESS CENTER has desks and office chairs, cold AC, a laser printer, and a US VPN.
THE GYM by Rogue (™) is a free-weight gym stocked with a Rogue Rack, plates, bar, and dumbbells. There is not another hotel gym of this type in Costa Rica. Come to think of it, I haven’t seen a gym with equipment this good at any hotel. There is no cardio equipment. There are plenty of places to get your cardio in Costa Rica. Just Strength Training here.
THE BEACH is literally, right there. You hear and see the ocean from everywhere. When you leave the bar there is lush green grass, then sand then Ocean. There is no street to cross, no traffic, nothing but the beach. It is beautiful.
PARKING is right in front of the hotel. Even our brand new parking lot is beautiful. We have a night guard to watch your car too. Parking is free.
THE RIVER is right behind us and full of incredible wildlife. The river that runs alongside Hotel Jaco is part of what makes it seem so secluded. Over 500 White Egrets sleep in the trees next to the hotel every night.
THE BEDS are the best you will find ANYWHERE. The mattresses are a memory foam hybrid. They are the most expensive mattresses in Costa Rica. They are covered with the softest Bamboo sheets money can buy.
THE AIR CONDITIONERS are Cooltek dual inverter. You can frost the windows over with these things if that is what you are into. Each suite has AC in each bedroom and a separate AC in the living room with traditional thermostats.
THE WiFI is fast. We have two 200mpbs modems from Cable Tica, combined with a Fiber Connection from FastNet bonded together and distributed using the newest Ubiquity system available. Every suite has its own hotspot.
RECEPTION is open 24 hours a day. Our friendly staff can help you with whatever you need. Arlen and Emi are our housekeepers, Richard and Juan Carlos are the maintenance people, Shirley runs our Spa and Ramon is the Hotel Manager. These are all local Ticos who care about the hotel and you.
CHECK-IN is at 2 pm. Check-out is at noon. We will always do our best to allow you to arrive early or stay late if your room is available, at no extra cost.
HOTEL JACO is also available for large groups you can rent all 15 suites, 30 beds in all.
