Upon checkin i recevief a room with the refrigerator not working.There are no ice buckets ice to get ice.The beds are uncomfortable. The bed only comes with 2 flat pillows.Howevet the staff was pleasent and the facility is very clean.

Nice place to stay!

The building is in a very good condition, very clean and always smells good. It is in a great location, next to I-95, parking lot and surrounds are spotless. I stayed there for a surgery recovery and staff was very helpful, friendly and supportive. They just need to figure out some updates soon to mattresses but isn’t that bad yet. If I have to go back, definitely I’ll consider it as an option to stay in Jacksonville again.
