3 couches and blankets to make nights with friends and family memorable and cozy.

You'll love time outside admiring the palm trees & bamboo forest, or sitting by the fire. Smart TV's to relax after a day at our beaches, a Jags game, or a leisurely stroll to the St. John's river.

5 minutes away from the historic & lively San Marco Square where you can find our fine-arts Theater! Be close to the best restaurants, shops, and breweries Jacksonville has to offer without giving up peace & quiet.

This 1919 house has been updated with all new modern amenities and a fully furnished kitchen and washer/dryer. We make sure all areas of the house make you feel like home with the best mattresses, linens, and towels.

A separate office space for quiet, privacy, and a view while you focus on work (Hopefully not for too long).

Less than a 10 min drive to downtown, 20 min drive to Mayo Clinic, 25 min drive to the airport, 25 min drive to the beach.
