Just two blocks from the ocean and east of 3rd Street (no busy roads to cross!), this spacious 3-story Jacksonville Beach townhome is perfect for families or groups. It offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, two private balconies, a fenced backyard, and private driveway. Enjoy brand-new amenities including an A/C garage game room, mini putting green, and turf yard with shaded seating, your ideal coastal getaway steps from the sand.

- Located east of 3rd Street, just a 2-minute walk to the beach
- 3-story townhome with private driveway and fenced-in backyard
- 4 bedrooms / 3.5 bathrooms (1 King, 2 Queen, 4 Twins)
- 1st floor: 2 bedrooms + full bathroom (Bedroom 1 = 1 queen bed, Bedroom 2 = 3 twin beds)
- 2nd floor: open kitchen, dining & living area + half bath + private balcony

$300 security deposit hold. Renter agreement and photo ID required. Exterior security cameras are in use.
Noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction and loss of rent/deposit.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY. A charge of $350 - $1000 will apply for any signs of indoor smoking, which we actively monitor.

Comfortable beds and furniture. Clean and beautifully well kept home. Great game room (made the adults feel like kids again). Lots of extra touches, including great toiletries, kitchen supplies, and air fresheners. Easy and short walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Good communication from host. Would definitely choose to stay here again!!
