Jacksonville Beach

I wanted an oceanfront condo with a pool and this one worked out well. The murphy bed was very comfortable and unit was very clean. I just sold my last rental property in the area so the only suggestion I would make to the owners is to add a grab bar in the shower.

Just right

Very comfortable bed and attention to detail overall. Enjoyed cooking in vs always going out. Delighted to discover beach toys for my 4 yr. old grandson who visited for a day. Hope to return.

Seaside Retreat

Perfect spot for a weekend away from the New England cold. Peaceful, comfortable and direct access to beach and sunrise. Will definable return.

Nice and convenient

The condo was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The view was great. Having the beach chairs made it easy to relax and enjoy the salty breeze.

nice but lacking

This property appears to be a renovated motel in an excellent location. My accommodation was clean, the kitchen area was well equipped, it had a terrific oceanfront view and the pool--although unheated--was really nice. In November there was ample parking and the gated entrance made it feel quite safe. It was also a very quiet property in a nice neighborhood. But it's one room---no bedroom---with a pull down Murphy bed and sleeper sofa. There was no dresser for clothes and the lamps appeared to be $10 items from Dollar General . I didn't price-check other properties---so perhaps a one room accommodation with no bed or dresser and cheap lamps and great location was a good deal.

Great rental!

This was an amazing place! Booking and checking in and out was easy! Communication from property management was excellent! Very beautiful place right next to a pool and the ocean. The unit is very nice and clean and the bed is comfortable! Can’t wait to stay here again!!

Perfect Stay!

This place is an absolute gem! The owners are so responsive and were great to work with!! It was a great place to relax while dropping my son off for his 2nd year in college. The beds were extremely comfortable and perfect for the two us, mom got the Murphy bed, of course. The kitchen has everything you need and the WiFi is great, for getting my work done!! The pool is clean and beach access is perfect! We will be staying here again, for sure!!

Great place for one or two people.

Super clean, just as advertised. Can’t get any closer to the beach and this place was perfect for the solo traveler that I was. Communication with the host was also very easy and also prompt. Can highly recommend this tiny gem!

Beachy vibes

The hosts were so sweet and the property was quaint and adorable. The view of the ocean was awesome; It was nice to wake up and walk outside the back door to take a stroll on the beach! We were able to park our car directly at the front door, which was nice. 10 out of 10.

What a delightful little place!!

The property was exactly as described and was absolutely perfect!! I was in town to watch my daughter run at UNF and the location was perfect. Easy access to the University and even better…right on the beach. Beach access was super easy and very close to the pier and restaurants and parking. Condo comes with 2 beach towels and chairs and some beach toys. The condo itself was fantastic. Yes, it’s small with a Murphy bed and pullout but the Murphy bed is super comfortable and was perfect for me. Great bathroom, good size, and well appointed. Kitchen had EVERYTHING I needed. Both a Keurig and drip coffee maker and enough plates and utensils to get you through. This place lives bigger than the square footage. Checkin and checkout is super easy and the owners are very responsive. The only thing I would attend to is that you should use the directions provided by the owners instead of Apple Maps for the condo address. Apple Maps is close but not perfect. The directions by the owners are perfect. If in the area again, would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect small unit for beach bum vacation

Had a super time for some solo travel. Location was great and next to a bunch of stuff to do. City isn't that far away either. Great beaches and awesome view of fireworks for 4th of July. Well stocked and well cleaned unit. Would come back again. Thanks!

A Slice of Paradise

This was just what we needed. From this prestinely clean property we got to see the sunrise and the sunset. Just enough room for two sleeping separately my little boy and me. Both beds were very comfortable. It really looks exactly like the picture. And the place smelled so fresh and clean. The toiletries were splendid, the beds are super comfortable. The location is central to anything and everything you want and or need. I can only say the sand dune to get to the beachwas a bit step for dragging all the stuff to the beach that I really didn't need. Overall it was great, we want to stay again but this time we need a full week. Thank you both so much for sharing you world with us. The Wilson's
