Sea Breeze | Large 1 BR, 2 BA Oceanview Condo!

Welcome to Sea Breeze! This large 1-bedroom, 2-full bathrooms condo located at Main Beach in the Terraces at Beachside complex boasts a fantastic ocean view from the balcony!

​​​​​​​In addition to a queen bed in the main bedroom, this property's common space has a couple sleeper sofas. There is a spacious kitchen with granite countertops and plenty of room to entertain. Starter beach equipment is provided (towels, chairs and a cooler) and there are two Townie bicycles for your use.

With private beach access and barbecue grills, guests can look forward to a great vacation filled with sunny days spent in the sand and grilling out meals if desired. The pool is refreshing after a long walk on the shore looking for seashells and sharks teeth. Walk to multiple restaurants, like Sandbar and Salt Life, or ride one mile (5 minutes in the car) to the Fernandina Beach Historic District. Enjoy strolling the streets of Fernandina Beach and visiting the museums, shops, and many fine restaurants.

The condo is situated only 200 yards from the entrance to Ft. Clinch State Park and 1/4 mile from the Egan's Creek Greenway, which is great for spotting migrating birds and resident alligators.

If this unit is not exactly what you are looking for or if you are traveling with family or friends, take a look at our other two properties on this floor (102 and 105 Terraces at Beachside) - as we have a total of three units there. We also manage 201 Terraces at Beachside on the next level up as well.

Great stay - check in & communication was top notch. Location and accommodation was excellent - stayed 2 nights - a few steps from the beach and a short car ride to dinner in the historic district - really enjoyed our stay and will look to rebook again in the future.

Perfect spot

It may have been the time of year we went, toward the end of October, but we love the area. So peaceful and not overly crowded. The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was right on the beach with a good restaurant nearby so we ate lunch there every day. I appreciate how clean the condo was.

Wonderful Property

We stay at VRBO's often and this was probably one of the better properties we have visited. We did run into a little problem as there was another car parked in the assigned spot, but our call was handled on a weekend by the manager and we got it sorted fairly quickly. The unit itself is a good size with most basic items one would need in stock. The rest of our week long stay was much less eventful, made even easier by all of the amenities! The unit has direct beach access and everything you could need was provided: coolers, chairs, umbrellas, even toys for playing in the sand! We also used the 2 bicycles provided to explore the island. Pro tip: the nearby Fort Clinch state park is an absolute gem made for bike riding! We spotted lots of wildlife including deer and though we weren't lucky, supposedly the beach there is a good place to find shark teeth. There are 2 restaurants within easy walking distance, though we also used a food delivery service when we didn't feel like driving with no problems. The management team offered frequent communication and even sent a helpful guidebook via text. Overall it was a wonderful and relaxing stay!

Great beachside stay

Truly beachside, restaurant next door, pool and beach. Check-in was easy. Only wish check-out and check-in times were a little more reasonable like 3 pm and 11 am. Would make paying for that night before more worthwhile!

Great place

The condo looked just like the pictures online. It was very clean and organized . Well stocked for our needs. The size of it was very adequate and would easily sleep 6 with the 3 pullout sofa/loveseats. It was a really nice small place to stay. We did not use the pool but it looked very clean. Location was just where we wanted to be. Will rent here again

Great Stay!

My family loved staying here. There was enough space for our family of four to spread out and having a second bathroom was a bonus. Being located right on the beach was great for quick, easy access each day. The kids swam in pool almost every night after playing pickeball on the nearby lighted courts. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze! The condo is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped. We loved the balcony. The location is convenient to a few restaurants. We enjoyed having bicycles available to us, and the beach chairs and cooler came in very handy for our beach days.

Perfect condo.

Clean and spacious, 50 feet from the beach. Walkable to a couple of beachside restaurants. This place was so convenient. This condo was probably the best equipped rental that we’ve ever been in. They had everything for a delightful stay. Even beach gear and bikes.

Great location and space

The location was wonderful, right on the beach. We loved having a couple of restaurants very close, too. The condo had great space and 2 bathrooms were a blessing. Our only complaints are that the WiFi didn’t work well (or at all), the toilets are oddly low to the ground and the pool was freezing!

Very nice place. Owners have a plethora of nice touches for you. Only issue was that pictures showed it facing the ocean to the east, but it faced 90 degrees turned to the south.

SO much better than we could have imagined!!

We can't say enough good things about our stay!! Great location, fantastic accommodations, and the customer service was beyond wonderful. We were there to celebrate our 15th anniversary and upon our arrival there was a lovely card & baggie of chocolate almond popcorn (from the yummy fudge shop downtown) waiting for us! We rode bikes (included) to Fort Clinch, downtown, and just everywhere. We drove our rental car to St. Augustine one day (took the ferry across St. John river - fun!) and went to Savannah another day. Easy drives both ways. The excitement of the FL Gators/GA Bulldogs game was palpable & added a really awesome vibe to all of our activities. I HIGHLY recommend this property/Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach - we will be back!

Relaxing trip to the beach

The condo was clean and very well maintained. The location was great right on the beach. I would recommend this place for two adults. The kitchen was supplied with enough pots and pans for a simple meal
