Poolside Game and Grille Retreat

This unique Florida home with a layout surrounding the pool is the perfect place for friends and family to enjoy time together. This home features a screened in pool, water fall, game room, 2 living areas, a large kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and lots of space to relax. Located conveniently in the Mandarin Area right off I-295 you will have easy drives to downtown, the beach, sporting events, hospitals, and more!

Drive up to a large circle driveway in a quiet residential neighborhood with large towering oaks shading the home.

Enter the home to the large, screened in area with large swimming pool, relaxing custom fountain, outdoor shower, dining area, and seating.

To the right, the door opens to reveal the very unique layout of the home circling the pool area. Enter to the front seating area with half bath, into the kitchen with full amenities including stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, cookware, utensils, and much more.

Continue around the circle to come to the dining area which seats 6, into the main living room. The main living area looks over the pool area and features a 65" tv, fireplace, pull out couch, and seating for friends and family.

Past the living room are the bedrooms. The "kids" room has a fun bunk bed with dresser, and 43" tv for the kiddos. Then there are 2 queen bedrooms, also with a 43" tv, dressers, and closets. The full bathroom is shared for these 3 bedrooms but has a bath/shower. Towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided of course.

The last bedroom is the master bedroom with king bed, dresser, large closet area, large open bathroom with shower. It overlooks the pool area but has curtains for privacy.

To the left of the entrance is a door to the gameroom. Enjoy beverages, games of pool or darts, and just hanging out in this extra space.

Guests will have full access to the property.
Pool -> There is a waiver for the pool. Everyone that is on the property must sign the waiver. By reserving this home, you are responsible for having guests sign and abide by the waiver conditions. Please do not leave children unattended around the pool. https://app.hellosign.com/s/7RxrJjTu

Smoking -> Please do not smoke in or around the house. If you need to smoke, please do so away from the home and dispose of butts properly. There is a $300 fee for smoking.

Pets -> Although we do allow pets, Please be respectful and do not allow them on the furniture. Also, please pick up and dispose of droppings properly. If trash day is not for a few days please do not put them in the trash cans. There is a $500 fee for undisclosed pets. $200 fee for improperly disposed waste or pet damaged or dirty furniture. There's a . pet fee of $200. Undisclosed pets result in a $200 fee on top of the required pet fee. A separate charge will be sent to you once the pets are disclosed.

Trash -> Trash day is Tuesday Morning, please put all trash from the house in the street can and pull it to the curb Monday night if you are staying there that day. It helps a lot, thank you!

Broken/damaged/missing items ->Please let us know if anything is broken or damaged so we can have it fixed. If there are any amenities that you would like to add please feel free to request.
