Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure all windows are locked and closed. Please close all blinds and close the dining room curtains.
Please make sure the hot tub is closed. Clean up outdoor items and put back in place. Don't forget to check for your personal items, both outside and inside.
Should you notice anything broken or not working, please let us know. The cleaners start at 10 AM.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Use the outside shower after returning from the beach and shake out sand from towels and clothing.
Clean spills on floors. Place all furniture inside and out back to the original location.
Only use the black makeup cloths to wash off makeup. Do not use the white towels or cloths to clean up anything other than for bathing.
