OCEAN FRONT TOP FLOOR – Romantic Retreat, Girls’ Getaway or Small Family!

Sip morning coffee while watching dolphins play from your private balcony in this bright and breezy one-bedroom third floor walk-up condo at Topsail Reef. Designed for relaxation and reconnection, this charming oceanfront getaway is ideal for couples, a pair of friends or small family looking for a peaceful beach escape.

Step inside to a clean, thoughtfully appointed space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedroom features a queen bed, mounted Roku TVs with free cable & streaming, and high-speed Wi-Fi. A full bathroom with tub/shower combo adds convenience after a day in the sun. Built-in hallway bunks can be used for kids, small adults, or extra storage.

Enjoy simple meals or snacks in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with fridge and ice maker, microwave, stove, coffee maker (basket/drip type), espresso pot (stove top type), toaster, blender, indoor electric grill, and basic cookware and utensils. Or skip the stove and head out to one of several nearby restaurants—then come home to unwind with wine and ocean breezes on the balcony.

The living room includes a loveseat and chairs, a small dining table, a flat-screen Roku TV with both streaming apps and cable —perfect for a cozy night in after a day exploring.

Beach access is private to the building. Sandbags protect the dunes—please respect posted signs and avoid walking or sitting on protected areas. NOTE DURING HIGH TIDE beach access requires a short walk north of property for ample beach.

We enjoyed our stay. Laura was very helpful. The place was clean and nicely decorated. Our only complaint was that there was no beach in front of the unit most of the time as the tide came up past the stairs going down to the beach. We had to walk up the road to access beach to sit on. The condo was clean, comfortable, well taken care of and perfect for my stay. Condo is right on the beach and balcony provides gorgeous views. Easy access down stairs from 3rd floor to enjoy the beach. I loved the location- N Topsail Island is not overcrowded. Laura is very responsive and went out of her way to assist me with accommodations. Wonderful place to relax! Small kitchen is well stocked and home has cutest decorative touches.

Cozy beach front

The host was wonderful! Very attentive to any and all questions i had. The view on the balcony was amazing. Access to laundry was a plus! Everything was spotless when we arrived. The cupcakes in the fridge with a personal note was such a sweet suprise! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view

Nicely decorated condo with a beautiful panoramic view. Very comfortable with everything you could need. We ate all our meals on the balcony looking out over the ocean. It was a very nice relaxing vacation.

The perfect getaway

I stayed here with my 2 children 12 and 14. Laura thought of all the things. From crab crackers to fresh purified water in the fridge we felt at home and the view of the water from the balcony (pictured) is beautiful!!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, perfect size for the 2 of us. It does have a bunk bed for folks who need addition beds. Great place! Owner was very responsive, easy to work with. Hurricane Debby tried to put a damper on our vacation, but we didn't let that happen. Laura the owner, always checked in to make sure we were doing well through the storm.

Quick trip for 2

We were looking for a small conveniently located place to stay close to the ocean. That is what we got! Perfect for a couple or small family. We were able to sit and watch the ocean, enjoy the breeze. Quiet area. We will definitely stay here again when in town.

Awesome Place

I would 10/10 stay here again. I loved it. It was very equipped with everything we needed and the owner was very communicative and helpful when needed. She also realized we left some things and even shipped them for us. It was clean when we arrived, smelt good, and even had music playing for us. Thanks for the awesome stay! We hope to be back.

Beautiful place to stay!

Lovely little place in an old apartment complex and right on the beach which was perfect for me and my friend. It was only a 15-20 minute drive from Surf City, which has all kinds of good food. Mrs. Painter was quick to respond, and was very helpful. Definitely look forward to visiting again!

We liked the place and has easy access to the beach.

The place was nice, enough space for 2 people. Easy access to the beach. The host was great, very thoughtful and very responsive. Few recommendations: I would recommend a better bed, we had difficult time with spring bed. My husband had hard time sleeping on it. I really needed the rest so sleeping in a good bed would have been a plus. The place was fairly clean, but I had to sweep the floors and dust some when we got there. I really enjoy and appreciate clean spaces. I will recommend this place!

Beautiful oceanfront location

Topsail Reef is a condominium complex comprised of 8 buildings that are 3 stories each. This is a lovely 3rd story walk up big enough to sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Laura is super proactive, responsive, and helpful. There is a tiki mart in walking distance of the complex for little odds and ends and a tiki bar there as well.

Clean with great view

Property was clean and Laura was very nice. It is on the 3rd floor without a elevator. You will get a little exercise going up and down the steps. Kitchen had all utensils needed. The shower head definitely needs to be upgraded. Was difficult to rinse off. There are two window units one in the main living room/kitchen. The other one in the bedroom. The advertisement I believe said bed covers supplied. This doesn’t include sheets or pillow cases. Be sure to pack your own. The freezer does have a ice maker but it is very slow to make ice. This place was decent but really needs some upgrades.
