Great location and great view from the balcony. Host was gracious to quickly respond when needed for check-in. Condo was beautifully decorated and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. It was a perfect fit for our 2 adults. Will definitely stay here again.

Killer View and Location

If you like the beach, this is the place. There are just a few steps from the condo to the sand. The condo itself was very nice. And the location was relatively easy to get to other sites in and around Jacksonville.

Wonderful spot!

Very nicely updated condo in an older building. Thoughtful renovation. Fantastic views . Walkable to the Pier, restaurants, etc. The Refinery bar/ restaurant was great! Will definitely book again in the future! Worth 10 Stars!

PERFECTION!!

Son began attending Tulsa Welding School in July. Wanted to have a family summer vacation before classes began. Condo was beautifully furnished and clean, pool was wonderful, beach was amazing, and location was perfect. Staley (owner) was very prompt with communication before, during, and after booking. Had an amazing time. Will definitely book this property at some time during son's time at school. Favorite decor at condo was the light up flamingo. Funniest decor was the weight watchers scale in front of a fat buddha.

Absolutely beautiful!

The apartment is stunning with lovely furnishings. It was immaculate and extremely comfortable. It has a perfect layout as the 2 bedrooms are very private, being separated by the kitchen area. Of course, the direct ocean view is mesmerizing! Staley was the perfect host, providing complete and accurate information before and during our stay. We will definitely return!

Fantastic property!!

This place was fabulous; extremely, extremely, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The view of the ocean was beautiful, and the location was great, right next to beach access, and walking distance to restaurants and beach bars. Staley was accessible and quick to answer a couple questions we had. If you are choosing between properties to stay at in the Jax Beach area, pick this one, you won’t be disappointed!
