Sleeping arrangements
The condo offers three bedrooms that accommodate up to six guests. The primary suite features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom includes a king bed and flat-screen TV, and a third bedroom offers two twin beds and ample closet space. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided, along with bedroom and bathroom essentials.

Indoor living
An airy layout connects the living area, dining space, and kitchen, creating an inviting place to unwind. Large windows and an enclosed sunroom enhance the sense of openness, offering additional space to read, work, or enjoy the surrounding greenery. A dedicated workspace and wifi provide practical support for remote work. The living area opens to the private balcony, where you can take in long fairway views and the peaceful setting of Sawgrass Country Club.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen includes updated appliances, a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and the essentials needed to prepare meals. A dining table offers space to gather after a day on the beach or exploring the local area. Washer and dryer access adds convenience during longer stays.

Outdoor living
The private balcony overlooks the par-3 3rd hole of the East Course and offers a serene spot to enjoy fresh air throughout the day. Guests also have access to the community pool and the beach access point within Sawgrass Country Club.

Set within the gated Tifton Cove neighborhood, the condo provides a quiet retreat close to the sand and surf. Dining, shopping, and golf options are moments away, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area without forfeiting privacy or calm. Parking for two vehicles is available on the property, and self check-in with a keypad ensures a smooth arrival.
