Whether you're here to explore the coast or simply unwind, the setting does the work for you.
Outdoor space
The screened-in lanai is built for gathering - a private pool (heat available upon advance request with an additional fee of $40/day), a fire pit, a tiki hut, and a full outdoor grill station with barbecue utensils. It's the kind of backyard you'll rarely want to leave.
Living & dining
Inside, an open floor plan connects the living area to the kitchen with ease. A large HDTV anchors the living room, and the kitchen runs the full distance - granite island, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking basics you need to put together a proper meal.
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms across two floors sleep up to 10 guests comfortably:
Primary suite (main floor) - king bed, en suite bathroom
Second bedroom - queen bed, private bath
Third bedroom - two queen beds
Fourth bedroom (upstairs) - two full beds, en suite bath
Fifth bedroom - queen bed, private bath
Bed linens, hangers, and ample storage are provided in each room.
Bathrooms
Four and a half bathrooms across the home, including a bathtub, hair dryer, and all essentials - towels, soap, and toilet paper.
Extras & practicalities
Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, an indoor fireplace, washer, dryer, iron, dedicated workspace, Wi-Fi, and free driveway parking for up to four vehicles. Self check-in via keypad. We are a Local Host Company.

A short drive puts you at the beach, seafood spots, local shops, and the best of Ponte Vedra's coastal scene - everything you need for a full, unhurried stay.
Dog-friendly with pre-approval and additional fees (limit two dogs).

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
