This terrific fully renovated studio with walk in rain shower is the perfect retreat for guests seeking a beautiful and comfortable stay in San Marco. Walking distance to the San Marco square shopping & dining and within minutes of driving distance to Downtown and Riverside. The rooms are spacious with great natural lighting. This residence is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

Please do keep in mind that a property house detached is adjacent to the guesthouse and some outdoor patio is commonly shared.

Cute little place. It suited our needs for price and to be close to the town that has shops and restaurants and is close to the river. The owner communicated promptly to all my questions.

Stayed here for about a month everything was great property manager was great as well checked up on me to make sure everything was great would highly recommend, very nice and modern looking house as well!
