Historic Murray Hill is a wonderful, eclectic, walkable area of Jacksonville, filled with unique homes and streets lined with beautiful Live Oak trees! We are walking distance to many bars, restaurants and shops. If you don't feel like walking, we are just a 5-10 minute drive! Murray Hill Park is also a block away!
Twenty minutes from Jacksonville International Airport, Fifteen minutes to the fabulous Jacksonville Zoo & Gardens and Ten minutes from Downtown Jacksonville - this is a great central location. The Jacksonville area Beaches are a 30 minute drive. Our bungalow is really cozy - we have a Smart TV in the living area - be sure to bring your account info for your Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime or other - or you can use any of the Free Apps! Full kitchen and 2 cozy bedrooms. A peaceful backyard with outdoor dining, gazebo and BBQ.
Pet Friendly - pets less than 25 lbs - (max 1) additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Pets must be disclosed in advance. Fee is per pet. All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee.

***Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM. Please keep noise to a minimum. This is a local ordinance and quiet hours are strictly enforced!***
***Non-Smoking Property: The entire interior & exterior of the property is no-smoking. This includes the backyard.
***Parties are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced. The property is monitored by Noise Aware & Minut as noted in the booking agreement. We also have a RING doorbell, a side camera facing the driveway and an exterior camera facing the back fence.
A confirmed reservation for this property is considered an agreement in full to all of our terms & conditions as noted in the booking agreement. If you need to receive a separate copy, please provide your direct email address and we will happily send you a copy.
