1503 Summerwoods Beautifully Updated

  • Summerwoods is a gated community with each guest having their own driveway to park one car. This ground floor unit has all new furniture and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The guest bedroom is towards the front of the town home and has one full over full bunk bed and twin trundle. There is a bathroom with walk-in shower next door to guest bedroom, not connected. The Master bedroom is towards the back of the town home(off of the living room) and has one queen size bed with a large Master bathroom attached. The Master bath has a step down walk-in shower. Back screened in concrete porch has a bistro table with 2 chairs. 2 beach chairs and beach umbrella with sand base screw in provided. Community pool access.
