Great Stay

We had a great stay at this location. We had my kids as well as my mother and father and we all enjoyed the house. Everything was clean and it was stocked with everything you’d need from kitchen supplies to pool toys and beach chairs. It was perfect. Check in and check out was easy and we will definitely plan another trip back.

Amelia Island

Was a great stay. Weather wasn't as warm as we had hoped so didn't utilize the pool. Kids enjoyed spa. Having a golf cart to travel the neighborhood was great. House is great.

Family vacation on Amelia Island

We are a family of five with three teenagers- we used the bikes, the golf cart, the pool, everything the house had to offer! Beautiful neighborhood on a great property as part of the Omni resort.

Great Vacation!!

This property was just as described. It was wonderful!!! My family and I had a great vacation here! I had a few questions throughout the week and they were answered immediately. We plan on coming back to the property for many more vacations!

Private beautiful house near beach

Our family had an amazing time at the beautiful house which included multiple amenities (pool, hot tub, bikes, golf cart, washer and dryer). The location was private, surrounded by trees, and had easy access to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Beautiful pool home in a fantastic location within Omni resort

This rental included all the amenities you could want for a location close to the beach and in the Omni Amelia Island Plantation resort complex. Pool and hot tub were a great addition and use of the golf cart is ideal for getting around. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect experience!

Charlene is a wonderful host. Very acommodating and kind. The house is BEAUTIFUL. The pool and hot tub are a huge perk. Amelia island is the perfect location and the house is in a luxury resort property, so you can take the golf cart to the beach. We will be back💕

Property owner made our stay great - so helpful

The property was great - roomy and well supplied. What made it really special, though, was the thoughtful help provided by the owner. Charlene went out of her way to help me correct an issue with our booking, and to make sure our stay was perfect. She even left us a personal note and bottle of wine to welcome us. We'd definitely stay here again.

Family Beach Trip

An annual event but the first time we have stayed here. It is in the Omni and perhaps one of the nicest properties we have stayed at. I gave 4 stars for cleaning instead of 5 as there was a light or 2 that could use some dusting. The home was lovely but the bathroom situation was not ideal. While it lists 3 bathrooms, there is a Jack -n- Jill bath between 2 bathrooms and a very nice enclosed outdoor bath with shower.

Paradise

We loved the home . We cook in a lot and everything one would need to cook was avail . The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. Such a smooth check in and check out .. no step to have to go up and down to unload your vehicle was so nice compared to staying in a condo on the beach . Pool was very nice as was the spa which I used every evening!

Family vacation

This place was perfect. Space, pool, spa, golf cart and bikes were great. My family had a great time at the beach and the pool. The privacy of the home is great too. Very quiet neighborhood. Lots of things close by. Can’t wait to return next year!!

Wonderful place

Major renovations-A home run! From the inside to outside, magnificent! Amazing time grilling at the new outdoor kitchen while children were in the pool and other adults watching a game on the new outdoor TV. Amelia Palms is definitely the place you want to go to relax and recharge. The golf cart and bicycles provided during our stay were so much fun. We will absolutely be back and real soon! Thank you Amelia palms for a much-needed vacation!

Private Paradise

The house was nestled in beautiful landscaping all around. A very wide open home with many amenities. Having the golf cart to drive around the plantation and to take to the beach access was fantastic. The plantation grounds were just breath taking and pristine. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Family vacation

Beautiful property in the plantation Omni resort, my favorite place in Florida. All the amenities are in the home which is full of old world charm. I had a wonderful time. My only suggestion is that the two spare beds need updated mattresses, they were very uncomfortable. I expected more for this price point. I would visit again.

Wonderful stay

The home was clean and spacious. Charlene was easy to contact and quick to reply. We didn't have any issues, but she did care enough to ask if we had any questions and let us know to reach out if we did. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Beach access is nearby. The golf cart was a great benefit getting to the beach, shops and mini golf. We had an awsome time in the backyard oasis. We spent most days enjoying the pool and hot tub and in the evenings we grilled out and toasted marshmallows around the fire. My family was very impressed with the home and amenities! The only complaint is having to leave.

Love

This was the second time staying at this property this year- Obviously we love it! Charlene was so nice and accommodating to us and anything we might need. The house and pool are exactly as pictured and situated in the most prestine location. The beach is stunning and Historic downtown Fernandina is just a short drive away. Great places to have dinner and then stroll around downtown. We love the privacy of the home, and the friendliness of everyone that we came into contact with during our week stay. We will definitely be returning for a third time!!

Great house!

Our family of 6 really enjoyed staying here. Having the pool and hot tub right in the back yard was wonderful and we used them everyday. The drive to the beach is very short on the golf cart and we loved having the golf cart to drive around the plantation. We also loved having all of the bikes to use! The house was lovely, and we will definitely rent this house again. My only suggestion would be to ask the cleaners to do a deep clean. A lot of dust on air vents, fans, window corners etc... Fantastic house!! Looking forward to coming back!

Quiet and Relaxing

Our stay well over all. The outside bathroom toilet was broken. I reported it to the owner and he said he would send a plumber. In a week, the plumber never replaced the toilet handle.

Wonderful home and location to relax

This home has plenty of space to enjoy a group but the layout and bedrooms having their own private patio doors provides privacy when wanted. Nice pool, wonderful spa. It was like we were visiting a friend - golf cart, soft towels, comfy sheets, tissue paper, etc. Def. not a typical vacation "rental". The only star reduction was for overall cleaning - the windows, silk arrangements, etc. could use a good freshening. But we'd definitely book this home again!
