Amazing sunrises & beach views from private balcony & steps from the sand!!

Unwind at this stunning beachside townhome. Our home has recently been completely renovated with high-end, durable and comfortable finishes! These include custom 100 year old reclaimed solid heart pine wood flooring. This beautiful and durable flooring was created from salvaged pine trees reclaimed and harvested from the depths of the St Johns River! Our Incredible newly remodeled kitchen boasts solid maple custom cabinetry, custom granite countertops, & Bosch, Viking and Thermidor appliances. Enjoy cold drinks at your fingertips; wine, soft drinks, beer, whatever your heart desires close at hand and easily accessed from our Thermidor drink cooler located conveniently in the kitchen. We have also added a large refrigerator/freezer in our garage for your convenience if you'd like to add drinks and snacks there for easy access as you enjoy the beach. All of our bedrooms are ready for the best night's sleep as we have outfitted each room with the most comfortable beds, luxury bed linens by Pottery Barn, Tommy Bahama, Kate Spade & Vera Wang! Each room has blackout shades/curtains, and/or custom plantation shutters to ensure a good night's sleep!

As for our outdoor space, be ready to enjoy ocean views from the 2nd floor balcony. Sunrises are spectacular from this viewpoint. The daytime setting is relaxing as well and the evenings are even better as the ocean breeze and spectacular ocean views are always enjoyable from our beautiful balcony. Our home has been freshly painted and updated outside as well. The balcony is set up with outdoor lighting that you may turn on or off for your enjoyment in any way you see fit.

As for our location, our home is centrally located. We are close to shopping, great restaurants, local events and even close to big events in Jacksonville such as the Jaguars' football games, baseball events, Daily's Place, The Vystar Veteran's Arena & one of the biggest college rivalries in the south; the annual Florida/Georgia Showdown! We are close to many other local events as well. We are also a short drive north of the world famous "Oldest City," St Augustine, Florida, as it is only a short drive 30 minutes south of our home. As you can see, there are many options, so if you aren't sure how close (or how far away) we may be located to something that you would like to enjoy while visiting, just ask, I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
